I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pam Chickness, State Farm Agent in Grove City, PA. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.

Communication was a major issue. I was repeatedly spoken over and felt like my concerns were not actually being heard. Instead of taking the time to listen and help find a solution, I felt talked down to and made to feel like my concerns were somehow my fault. The attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending.

As a client, I expect an insurance agent to advocate for their customers, explain their options, and genuinely try to help when an issue comes up. Instead, I was left feeling like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued client. I was given no meaningful solution or assistance—just criticism and an attitude that suggested she already knew everything and didn't need to hear what I had to say.

I understand that insurance can be complicated and that not every situation has an easy answer. What matters is how a customer is treated and whether the agent makes an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. I expected professionalism, respect, and customer service, and I did not receive those things"
